    Position Overview:

    The Spa Assistant at Glo Tanning is a vital team member who provides support to ensure a seamless and exceptional tanning experience for our clients. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and interested in the beauty and wellness industry. You’ll be in charge of greeting and assisting all clients that come in, maintaining the salon overall, and being the face of Glo.     Key Responsibilities:

    Greet clients and provide them with a warm welcome to the spa.
    Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa, including tanning rooms, equipment, and common areas.
    Ensure all tanning rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
    Provide clients with information about tanning procedures and safety guidelines.
    Assist Spa Consultants and management with administrative tasks as needed.
    Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to higher management when necessary.
    Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
    Participate in deep cleanings throughout the store
    Continually show pride in work place environment
    Assist in preparing stores for Store Audits
    Qualifications and Skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Passion for customer service and ability to work in a team environment.
    Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
    Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
    Prior experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
    Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds
    Quick on your feet to assist in cleaning our services and assisting clients
    Compensation: $10/hr

FANGINEERS serve as goodwill ambassadors to ticket holders and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas.     Hours: Average 8-10 hours per game, all 7 home football games (additional opportunities throughout the year and game-week will also be available)

    FANgineer™ responsibilities require a high level of service and attentiveness. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Perform G.O.L.D. customer service for all guests, fans, and department staff
    • Act as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality office and athletics department
    • Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld
    • Monitor entry gates, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols
    • Serve as an elevator attendant and people movement monitor

    • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

    Work Environment:
    • May require lifting and moving equipment or heavy materials.

    Schedule:
